When will my order be processed and shipped ?
We know you're eager to receive your order, and we’re working hard to get it to you asquickly as possible!
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after being placed.
Once processed, delivery times will depend on your selected shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

What Countries or Regions do you ship to ?
We currently offer Australia-wide
delivery.
If you need international shipping, reach out to us, and we’ll find a solution for you.
Does someone need to be home to accept my delivery ?
No, unless you have specifically selected "signature required" at checkout then no signature is required for delivery at this stage.
Your order will be left in a safe place if no one is home.
Can I return my item ?
We want you to love your football
gear! If you need to return an item, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from your order date.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original
packaging with proof
of purchase.
To start a return, email us at contact@footballcentral.au. Once approved, we’ll provide a return
authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item back. Please
note that returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.
